Illumen Group has a great opportunity for a Flash Developer in our Evanston, IL office. The ideal candidate will need to be able to manage their time wisely as they solve challenges with smart and efficient solutions.



Requirements and Responsibilities:



• High degree of proficiency with Flash, Actionscript 2, and 3
• Experience creating user interfaces with Flex 3 and AIR
• Ability to write clear, clean, readable, portable, reliable, and manageable code
• Structuring Flash based frameworks to enable efficient re-use, customization and localization
• Expertise with data exchange (XML, dynamic content)
• Creative individual
• Positive, self starting team-oriented attitude
• Experience with adapting designs and ideas into interactive, motion based solutions
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends
• Must be legally authorized or able to obtain legal authorization to work in the US 


Desired:



• C#, ASP.NET, PHP, or other web programming
• Experience with PaperVision3D framework
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Development experience with front-end web development technologies including: AJAX, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, SCORM compliency
• Photoshop, or other graphic design applications
• Have enough toys to cover a monitor
